At missmagdula.com we always strive to find, in cooperation with our Vendors, environmentally friendly solutions for an outstanding shopping experience.
All orders are shipped via our Vendors’ affiliate couriers such as DHL or FedEx or UPS or by other certified international couriers. All our Vendors’ shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon signed receipt of shipment, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
In the cart, at the time purchase, shipping costs with goods origin, taxes and duties (if any), will be shown in detail before Customer proceeds with the Order Confirmation. All details will be also shown in the Order email sent to Customer.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Our Vendors process and send orders during their main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm. The order will be processed only after missmagdula.com as received full payment from Customer.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipping costs or the Free Shipping will be detailed in your Cart and Order Confirmation and Order.
The delivery time will depend upon products availability. Shipping time will be around 3 to 5 working days from the moment product are packed and ready for delivery by Vendor. Please be aware that shipping time can vary for reasons out of missmagdula.com or Vendors control.
Most of missmagdula.com Vendors deliver to over 195 countries. In the cart Customer can insert his address and immediately notice if a specific product can be shipped to a country by its Vendor. If not, Customer can easily remove it from the cart and search for a similar product from another Vendor.

As soon as our Vendors have shipped product of your order you will receive an email stating the courier tracking number. You can check the shipping status one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
- no Returns or Refunds will be accepted by Vendors for the food products.
- for PIEROTUCCI products please refer to the specific “Pierotucci Return and Refund Policy” available on our website.
For all other type of products or products from other Vendors, the following procedure will be applied.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days from receipt. Reply to the Order email your received from us indicating which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why. We will inform about the Vendors address warehouse where to return the package. Fill in the Return Form available on our website here, scan it and send it to us by email. Then include the Return Form inside the packages (one package to each Vendor). Packages without a Return Form will not be processed or refunded.
If you wish to try another style or you need another size, simply return it for refund and purchase the new item separately. To exchange the items you received, the RETURN POLICY applies, and you must use the RETURN FORM as herein described.
In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs and any associated cost (custom duty and taxes) will not be refunded by missmagdula.com in case of returns.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
- Merchandise must be returned to the Vendor warehouse. One package for each Vendor.
- Return shipments must be made using a courier with tracking number and receipt at arrival.
- Please note that order returns from to country different from which the order was originally shipped may incur in additional charges (import duties, shipping fees and taxes) will not reimbursed.
- Customized items cannot be returned.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
- The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made;
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase;
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account;
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider;
- If your purchase was made with a promotional coupon, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid that is, the amount charged after the coupon was applied. Furthermore, the promotional coupon will no longer be valid.
- If the purchase was made with a promotional coupon and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the coupon.
- Custom duties and Taxes, if any, will not be refunded.
